To be fair, most of Phase really started taking off after the 1.5 year mark. Their invaders gen really helped bring in audiences from once indie and other former corpo streamers. And they had a lot of presence at Offkai. Eien is only a year old, so things might still take time to begin ramping up for another 6 months to a year. It's possible, but it will require more exposure and consistent streaming.

Maybe I'm just projecting my own anxiety issues but I suspect part of the issue is she feels bad, tries to get ready for stream, cancels at the last minute, and then guilts herself about that and feels even worse. To be honest, I hadn't really started paying as much attention to Phase until around the 8 month mark, so I'm not really familiar with how their streaming was in the very early days. I just know that from everything the talents themselves have said, their first year was really hard to get through, mostly due to issues with upper management. Once they hired a manager that could act as sort of the mediator between talents and the upper management, things became way, WAY better. I think it mostly had to do with streamer priorities versus management/business priorities clashing. Several of the gen 1 talents themselves have openly said on Q&A streams when they were asked, that there were quite a few times during the first year where they either wanted to quit, or didn't think it would last. From what I've seen from EIEN, they don't seem to have that issue (or they're doing a great job of hiding it, if there are issues).
Also, just to touch more on invaders, I think it was the very first collab between Pippa and Kaneko Lumi where they really hit it off. I think that really helped open the doors for invaders. At that time, Lumi was still part of Cyberlive, which didn't last very long.
