You just have to set firm boundaries about what you're okay with. Take shondo for example because she's one of the better known lolis. She's very strict in her chat about sexual things being said but she allows an NSFW art tag because she says she understands that people may want to draw her that way but she tells people that she's not going to look at or interact with that art.

As long as you are clear and upfront about what sort of behaviour you're okay with and not okay with, you can manage the fanbase. If you do need to change the rules, make sure you do it firmly but gently and explain why you want to change them otherwise you'll get people calling you a hypocrite or a grifter.

Don't buy an ad ESPECIALLY not on 4chan, it's a waste of money and will net you more people thinking you're an idiot or wasteful than it will views.

Also there's a support network of older aspies that are willing to be friends if you're a nice person. Combined with people pushing each other to do better and anonmynity allowing you to hear feedback on how to improve, it's no surprise that /asp/ is better at pumping out potential big vtubers than any other corpos nowadays. Consider rebroadcasting your VODs when you don't have time to stream live.
By rebroadcasting with emote only mode on you can lightly moderate chat with relative ease while viewers farm channel points on your vtubing channel.
All messages you send in chat should stick out more considering everyone else will be typing in emote only.
You'll probably want to restrict redeems during the time that you rebroadcast VODs.
