heres my schizo mega giga rrat on the state of idol in the last few months. things can be semi neatly split pre and post Riro termination.
sometime in October the Brave merger starts getting discussed among higher management.

I think the problem rests largely with management. They either lost steam or vision, but it's impossible to know if this is due to common problems or if the actual war messed up their situation. Maybe some of the management was legit called up to fight. Something similar happened to Pippa. Prior to the Russian chimpout Pippa had a sizeable and tangible presence of Russian fans. They all vanished within two - three weeks of the fighting and never returned. It all happened exceedingly rapidly and the general consensus was and is that most of them were thrown in the meatgrinder and are probably dead.

Riro fucked herself up in a rockstar kind of way, and Yuko's stupidity and betrayal is well known. But none of those two things would kill Idol under proper circumstances so I again loop back into the war messing up their situation behind the scenes. On the bright side Coni has been doing great this whole time and has no woman moments or idiotic yabs. She seems to have a healthy understanding of herself, what she wants to do and how and a fair deal of professionalism that seems more like an inborn quality of her person rather than just something related to her job. She's very natural and doesn't come across as forced or a tryhard, her streams are very enjoyable to me. She acts normally and she's entertaining.

Idol has a chance to make it, it's just unfortunate they aren't at full strength now when Niji is dying. Though there's theoretically no overlap some of ex-Niji fans would end up with them. We (am primarily a Phase fan) are getting a shitload of new people due to Nijisanji killing itself.

Honestly all of endless is great. Poko and Coni are my faves too. But none of them have had any yabs and they all seem much saner than the 1st gen desu.

Endless is the best thing about Idol atm desu. That gen is way better than the 1st imo. They stream regularly, no yabs, are not menhera and have a good range of talent. Roca is an amazing singer, kai does interesting streams, Poko is Cute af, Coni is just a great all rounder.

It wasn't comparable to her idolcorp shorts incline, but you can't say that's not a huge incline when she was an indie. Then she stopped playing games that would continue that incline to mostly retread things that she's done before. It's arguable whether or not her "mini week" would be considered a break, and either way it was earned, but I'll concede that she didn't take a break on that PL, that's 100% on me for misremembering. Also, she was someone before that, anon. Two someones actually, though one of them doesn't really count since it was a Vsinger attempt.
