She's an incredibly creative content maker. She's good with banter and quick on her feet, letting her come up with fun or entertaining reactions faster than most streamers. Since she's always working on projects with both her fans and fellow artists in mind, she's always got several things cooking, from working with popular fan 3D modelers to make a gigantic VRchat world with rooms decorated with themes from individual friends/coworkjers, to music projects to remix friends' songs into other styles for use as bgm, to constantly trying to work with artists to make digital wallpapers and release them regularly, etc. She loves playing different types of games, and while she excels at FPS and can pull off lots of crazy, inventive plays with her experience, she's very stubborn in other kinds of games and does her best even if she's not good with them, often showing very quick improvement and constantly leaves her comfort zones. Her zatsus are amazing and she can ramble for days if you let her, and she loves to run polls to reinforce community interaction and get dragoons to either work together towards a goal, or fight over nonsense, giving a sense of community and chat interaction that is unusual for such a large audience.
Her voice is off putting for some, but for a lot of us her laugh is a bright burst of joy in this dull life, and it's incredibly infectious, often forcing you to smile even if you didn't plan on it.
She's an incredibly hardworking content creator who seems to earnestly want people to just smile however she can, and absolutely shows her love through constant outreach, collaborations with all sorts of people, projects that often start with her reaching out directly to fanartists (which are then paid as she feels all artists should be paid for their work), and just how much she works to incorporate chat interaction with her streams.
Oh and she's said a few times that the main reason she played Apex so much with Niji was because she literally could not get the perms for the games she wanted to play, and Apex was effectively just a filler zatsu game she could use as backup. She wants to play all sorts of random bullshit now that she's free, as shown by her stream topics chosen since release.
...And Nijisanji almost took this bundle of sunshine away from us forever...
