Well with that goal in mind, I'd definitely pull the scope back on them instantly. No more big projects, manager staff and support pipeline gets truncated quickly to just those who would be Homo support full time, etc. And since I only know English, I'd only be talking about the ENs here, I have no hope for the JP brand.
BUT FOR THE ENs, I'd take advantage of that scaling down in the branding. I'd have it pitched as

And basically demand that they start treating this streaming shit like Big Time Rush. No more pushing for the fujo demo (if this were to work, they'd come naturally anyways), no more retardation that comes with begging around the 2view scene, have at least the next three months be dedicated to them doing a lot of group work and figuring shit out together. That vibe would be the KEY to keeping the organization afloat.
If you could hook the audience in on that "watch them grow" journey, MAYBE it could work.
