If you've been paying attention, Cover's entire plan for Hololive is to move beyond vtubing, Suisei is the prime example of one that has gone big.
At one point, her manager's priority for her has shifted to her singing career over the streams that she does in her free time when she feels like it, because her singing career will be the one that lets her(and Hololive) break into the mainstream and fulfill Cover's plan.
As long as Hololive is giving her the resources and support she needs, she will never leave.
