Try escaping the lets play genre. Try creating a show full of skits, and song.
Your model can't play much a roll in a lets play. Your props can be hard to reach in a lets play.
If lets play is truly where you want to make a name. If talkshow is truly where you want to make a name. If you don't want to play with your model and props after debut consider making a channel without the model, and props.

Cvnka also doesn't really play with the model, and props often. There's room for improvement, but it's a sign of how a channel can be a variety channel, and not a trudging "we're dragging the vtuber model and the props every live minute streamed".
I really think a lot of vtuber channels would be better off without the model for 99% of the content they make.
If you want to see a vtuber who is able to be a letsplay vtuber, and manage to give their model, and props play check out Alice Sawyer (once again room for improvement).
Alice Sawyer manages to play with props, and toggles, but they don't really have much a focus on skits. Though it's there.
Seriously check out Alice Sawyer. Sawyer manages to play with props during letsplay lightly sure, but the Just Chatting streams Alice does can be very immersive. Exactly all you could hope to find from a vtuber stream.
Model play. Prop play. A scenario. Loose scripting, and a lot of impromptu. Even involving the audience. Excellent excellent vtuber performances have been produced by that channel.
For the most part I think the Just Chatting streams Alice Sawyer has done could be worth looking up if you want to see that approach, but really I think just doing infernocop live with your PNG and props could be fun to watch. Not everything has to be 5D performance art.
