The MO with VShojo has always been nepotism, and that comes with positives and negatives.
The positive is a successful well established streamer in the company acts as a great scout for other established streamers with a solid fanbase. The way VShojo is set up, they will never dice roll on a literal who. When this works, it works great. You end up with new hires who can pull an entire fanbase into the fold, and the conversion is easy since the streamers have nothing but good things to say since the company offers great cuts and services.
The negative is that with only a couple of bad calls you can have streamers under your umbrella acting as a trojan horse to import in other problem streamers, who then act as pressure to get even worse people in until the culture and reputation of the org is completely compromised.
If I were a big VShojo fan right now, this is what I'd be worried about; Matara and Kuro get Kyo in. Someone else from the Niji EN clique graduates or is terminated and is brought into the retirement home. Fast forward a couple years and Ironmouse is announcing she's leaving VShojo to go indie and everyone is wondering how things went so wrong. The worst possibly timeline for VShojo would be that they find themselves inheriting the cancer that killed Niji EN.
