if you have a design down you commission an artist to illustrate it then you can use the png as your avatar, this is the most you should initially invest in a vtubing channel otherwise just be voice only or livecam

if you get successful in making content you can take the payout and invest it into a L2D model

Voice is nice and you're actually engaging with the chat. That's a good start. I tend to notice some small time chuuba tend to just focus on playing a character first rather than be a streamer.

Just keep up that attitude and play around for a bit. So far at least you got at least 20+ viewers which is honestly better than some of my friends who went the chuuba route.
