I'm no expert but fast moving games with lots of little details are always going to be more prone to artifacting. Potential solutions are to increase streaming bitrate (currently seems to be at 6k, twitch has an 8k limit), make sure she's using hardware encoding which performs better, and increase streaming resolution (900p is a good inbetween for higher than 720 and lower than 1080)

People misunderstand how buff works:
Every buff is multiplicative and causes synergy.
Every debuff hits proportional to the debuffs you already has. If you are pretty good at what you do and collab with a male a single time it wont hurt your numbers at all. Only when you begin to stack them and your whole content begins to decline is when you will feel the hit. Consider it a rubber band, it can only strech so more until snaps.

Also by itself, the GFE wont do much if your audio sucks, your model sucks, you suck. You can never collab with a single men and that will still do nothing for you if there is nothing else in there making people want to stay.

There is another rule called "sunken costs rules"
