For any anons who don't know, VTA is one of Anycolor's biggest project, and it's basically a VTuber training center

So why is it important ? When a new Niji JP wave debuted, it's revealed half of the roaster came from VTA, and they will be expected to behave "according to Niji standard". Hell they even mass fired 10+ of VTA students because they failed to meet that standard

I'm calling it now. If Niji gets more and more drama, they will soon shift their focus to the VTA pool instead of general streamer pool. And if they even plan to have EN branch of VTA, then don't expect any new members to "break the mold" and Nijimems like Selen and "big personal goal beyond Niji scope" members will go extinct here

was this the project where niji said they wanted doctors and lawyers to become talents?

>> No.70167936

The first iteration failed for a good reason
One of nijis biggest selling points is its diversity of talents in terms of personality and backgrounds. Pushing this forward again would be a stupid idea as they would lose that
Hard to imagine what they were thinking when they first brought this concept up

vta is full of drama anon, they recently fired like 3/4 of its dozens of streamers because apparently they all broke the rules all at the same time, then they suspended the whole branch, then got it back months later without a care

One of the past VTA members that got dropped said one of their duties as training to join Niji was making clips for the livers for free.

When you search for this in the archive the original source is a screenshot from the numbermonkey thread of some Chinese person claiming to know a VTA graduate. Guess it's another example of retards believing everything they read on 4chan and changing the details along the way.

It's not farfetched that knowing how to make clips is part of their training process though. My favourite NijiJP liver absolutely makes her own clips though scarcely as they're time consuming.

Certainly a great way to screen and make sure you only have sycophants. The problem is that people tend to stop being funny, when they are being considerate for political and business reasons.

who in nijiJP would, if terminated, inflict similar damage to the branch as selen did with nijiEN? they're so big and accelerated at this point that it works in their favor by most of the dramas that have happened being unable to permeate the entire branch through their sheer number of livers, but i know some livers there are linchpins who, if unamicably retired, would kill the branch and basically the corpo as a whole

>> No.70190950

Literally no one, because the damage has nothing to do with selen and everything to do with their handling of the situation.

>> No.70191568

>>70190950
Zaion's case was handled pretty similarly badly and the fallout wasn't as bad because she didn't have that big of a fanbase built up. Niji could probably execute around 80% of their livers using that smear style and get away with it, but there's the rest of that 20% that they should be careful with.

>> No.70191810

>>70190698
The jap nijisissies are mostly chinks or corpobootlickers. kuroniggersanji will just use its usual smear campaign and shift blame to the organ they terminate. They could probably do the same with Mito even though she's one of the founders

>> No.70192723

I've yet to see NijiJP do an assassination piece on a popular talent that they removed from the company, much less against one who just attempted suicide, while waving their finger in the direction of their remaining talents. Much less do it twice while bullying the popular suicide vic off the air and confirming every rrat.

If they did that to any of their top 5 talents, and possibly several below, I'm sure the main branch would implode, but I've seen no evidence that the main branch's PR and care for the safety of its talents is nearly as bad. Indeed, the only company I've seen attack ex-livers to this degree is Wactor/910inc. It isn't part of Japanese culture to try to run your ex-employees out of the industry they work in, and I'm sure it'd be no more accepted here than there, it's only that they're quite distant from it and haven't been exposed to the long history of mismanagement the EN fans have been dealing with.
