Nina wasn’t really. She was on the wrong side of it initially, talking on stream about how initially the rest of her wave were lying to her and ghosting her. Nina is no angel but tries to be practical in chasing success without being abrasive about it. Initially she pandered hard with her “honey” stuff then when Luxiem exploded on the scene she was one of the first to leech on them (though that was partially due to being excluded by her own wave mates). This eventually ticked off the sisters so she got harassment over it and backed off to do her own thing. Nina is the type to recognize the clique and play their game enough to not make things harder for herself but recognize the bad publicity heavy association brings so found her niche elsewhere. Vtubing is a job and she treats it like one.

Tipping is terrible and everyone hates it but there isn’t much that can be done in the “culture” beyond not engaging in things where it is an expectation.
As noted there, delivery orders for things from Ubereats to pizza drivers is built into their expected pay. Beyond that, the drivers can actually see your tip before they take your order so it is basically a bidding system (or bribe) for better, faster service.
Ordering food delivery is a gross decadence anyway, as is eating out at restaurants beyond special occasions. People should just avoid it.
