And for that last one you have two examples: Idol, that went from like 20ccv with their hebrew gen to instantly 300-600ccv with their EN gen just by spending a shit ton on debuts and advertising, and V4Mirai, who has been slowly gaining thanks to Brave throwing quality 3d models and event streams around like candy.

No one can rely on #1 happening and no one wants to rely on #2 happening, because the one example that survived nearly didn't at a couple points.
