Your prose is easy to get through, it's a little short to say anything more than that. The set up is not bad, but I gotta ask did Suisei WANT to get caught? Sending anon on a task where there clearly wasn't one would bring him back in like 5-10 minutes tops. Unless you want to portray Suisei as a quickshot, which might make a cute little detail when the smut actually happens. As for writing smut, it's hard to say what advice I can give without seeing some of it in action. You should try just going for it and write what strikes you from the scene you're creating. You seemed to have created an easy path/opening to start the smut though. Like the signals are there, it's just up to you to really delve into the emotional attachment the two have for each other and have them cross that threshold together. Maybe have Suisei ask anon if he likes her scent too, then she gives him her shirt she wore and asks him to huff it. Later on she can get real freaky and practically hold her panties or bra in his face as she rides him.

I think the ball is in Suisei's court for this. (You) are shown to be aware and receptive but it's up to Suisei to communicate verbally and non-verbally her intentions and feelings. (You) are not dense, but the way (You) are written, doesn't strike me as the meat eater.
But rather than have her straight going for it, I think her getting more into the smell and sniffing would be the avenue to ramp up the sexual tension. Like she starts unbuttoning (You)r shirt to get to the sweaty skin underneath. Likewise, getting straight to stripping is a bit uninteresting. Gonna be blunt, Suisei needs to sniff the cock and balls.

Honestly if you want to break this into smut, the perfect transition I can see from the way it's going is (You) try to ask if this is alright, she cuts you off with a kiss; it feels great. I have some brainstorming thoughts about Holo Elysium just before I go to sleep, but I’m too tired to take them any further. I’ve decided on the themes and morals I really want this story to hit, those being the inherent, inescapable humanity of all of us, and the beauty of taking in the human parts of others and adapting them into yourself.
The major things on my mind right now, before I go to sleep:
1. I want to have a name for the protagonist; not “Anon”. It wouldn’t be used frequently, so as not to break immersion constantly, but I feel it’s needed to have the story tie together. Trouble is, I need to find a meaningful, poignant name that will resonate with everyone.
2. I’m still going to have all the different skills represented by talents, with a preface showing who is which skill, but I’m a bit unsure how to portray them throughout the story; by the skill or by the talent? As in, should it be:

1) It's too bad Nanashi Mumei is already taken as a name, and that the english alternative for it kind of suck. Maybe run with a eastern european equivalent to John Doe/Smith? If I'm reading you right you basically want a name that's widespread but not generic.
2 I think you have two options here. Either somehow wrangle enough art to maintain the same names but have who's who be represented by the art; or use the name indirectly via some wacky title, (i.e 'The Rising Star", "A Fox of the People" "The Idol Struggle") until you do an internal reveal of what those voices really are then you switch to using the real names.

It is a big aspiration of mine to one day make an RPG of it that would play like SMRPG or M+L. Maps and level design I could probably do. It's sprite, model and sound work that are out of my expertise. Something that looks similar to gif related would be pretty close to what I imagine it to look like. I also wonder if switching to a VN style presentation for some of the fluffier and more dialogue centric scenes would be something I should consider.

I've thought about trying to write Aloe a few times. I know she was barely around at all before graduating, but I think her "lore" (fledgling succubus) plus extra bits of personality/history gleaned from the green triangle could serve as a good enough baseline in terms of characterization.

Art, especially pixel art, is not to be underestimated. Keeping the pixel resolutions all at the same size is a pain, and conveying features with pixels is challenging.

This is more difficult than I expected; I always like it the most when a name for a character is in some way significant to the story’s thematics, but I have to keep it plain enough to keep it relatable to the reader. I’m also torn on the decision on if the name should sound western or Japanese; I’ve heard people complaining in this thread before that being acknowledged that the character is foreign to Japan doesn’t sit well with them. At the same time, a Japanese name seems like it’s not easy for most people to relate to.
Maybe I should try some etymological variation on Harrier DuBois. Keep it faithful to the source material.
