I've only ever seen Nodoka with A-chan so here's my uneducated take. A-chan feels like a proper OL, like carries and presents herself like a middle manager. Nodoka feels like someone who is qualified but learning the ropes of the industry and a little bit unsure of herself and makes a good foil to A-Chan's confident managerial presence. They've got a good dynamic. The kind of deer in the headlights feel Nodoka has/had makes her endearing to wagies

Nijisanji used to have more creative input on their outfits since Hololive talents had to through management but Cover recently announced they would begin allowing for commissioned outfits. Talents have to pay the entire cost but they can now talk directly with the artists. So far it's only with JP talents but eventually will expand to EN and ID.
