First like 30 minutes of the stream was just each person saying "ara ara" which was already overdone at that time. Then took them another like 30 minutes to actually start Prop hunt because the host decided to play TTT first. 2nd map they played on had copyright issues, so the Nijis couldn't play. There was connection issues and the host just fucking also forgot to invite people some times, I recall Pika being left out of a game for ages. There was another funny point where Eilra I think during the TTT shit show, was just silently standing still for 10 minutes, I think both pissed and confused. The vast majority of holostars streams are amazing, especially compared to the girls, but I want to just highlight two that stick out to me for different reasons.
First was Flayons infamous Hunnie Pop stream where he kept screaming BE NORMAL all the when he was being the least normal.
second was Altare's Callisto Protocol streams.I remember him being warned by a lot of his viewers that the game is utter ass and he acknowledged it and went on with the playthrough. It was a rough one as expected and he hated it but he still beat it.

Millie's 2021 birthday collab with the rest of Ethyria, Lazulight, and Obsydia. She set it up as a gameshow/drinking game, and aside from the overall awkward air from an at the time full branch collab, we had Pomu leaving to vomit and drunkard Finana shitting on Selen's friends (ipn and rpr if I recall correctly). Things got so awkward that Millie called it early and ended the stream. If anything that was the first sign that there was something wrong with NijiEN.

One of the reasons is that Filian is uncontrollably energetic and scatterbrained even at the best of times and apparently Pippa was the first vtuber she ever watched and the reason she initially started streaming was to gain experience so she could apply to phase connect.
Now multiply "default filian" by "meeting your heroes" and "stream is a total trainwreck and your oshi is getting annoyed at your antics" and you get complete brain implosion.

I was there watching it live.
It was an unplanned call-in stream in the middle of JP golden hour. nobody hates miko, they're just streaming and unaware they could call in. There had been other unplanned totsumachi streams from later dates (from haachama, lui, ao on top of my head) with similar results of only 1-4 people showing up because practically nobody is aware.
To add into context, this miko totsu stream is also held in the middle of a double whammy ark arc and pokemon arc, where talents tend to be active and stream long hours. all her usual collab partners are streaming. every shiraken member except suisei is streaming. noel and flare is in a 10 hour long offcollab with kanata and marine while polka is knee deep in ark. koyori herself only called in after finishing her pokemon stream.
