Salome is a really interesting case of Niji mismanagement. Her debut was a massive success, and Niji leveraged her popularity by drowning her in sponsorships (which dried up her audience, who grew bored of the repetitive shilling). Some of the punishment games that staff and other Niji livers made Salome do were also really mean spirited, and could be construed as bullying (tho Salome has a really bully-able personality and persona, so take that with a grain of salt)

The fact that Salome got so many sponsorships due to her popularity does point to NijiJP management not doing that, however.
