Depends on your metric. Vshojo gets way higher CCV, but Niji EN has a lot more talents, so they get a higher combined average CCV. Aka, they have more eyes on them. Niji also has a lot more merch deals, so it wins on income.

Phase is definitely still behind Niji in all metrics aside from Pippa generally beating the entire company in CCV and Phase is above all the other small corpos by every metric.

Does VSPO require members to compete in esports? I imagine that'd be a requirement since that seems to be the general purpose of the group, but if that's the case I couldn't see western girls applying for VSPO!EN since they'd probably already be well off in tournaments and have their own sponsors. Vtubing would just be a debuff for them since the western esports audience doesn't care for anime girl streamers and just want quality gameplay or facecam reactions. I get they're not exclusively competitive gaming streamers, but I can't imagine western female streamers involved in esports would care much about joining. idk if western chuubas have access to that sort of competitive ecosystem if it even exists; if not, idk how they really replicate the vspo spirit
in addition a lot of em follow esports like valorant and apex
vspo generally doesn't seem to "require" much of the chuubas, they're pretty free to do whatever except they should avoid controversial stuff like dirty jokes (although the line on that is vague and tested regularly) and unsportsmanlike practices like smurfing or BM
