They can't remove the organs they terminate since they all interact with each other in these 3D concerts and debuts. Selen getting fired means all of Obsydia's 3D has to be redone since Selen would be in the vast majority of the 3Ds and the preecorded concerts and skits.

Theyre discontented with the way niji handled the termination and EN. I guess they were holding out hope for a stock rebound. There's even a petition that's garnered thousands of signatures to sue niji for the stock crash. Obviously that wont happen but it shows how unhappy they are.

Honestly not sure what the focus on the 3D concert is. NijiEN's halcyon days of Luxiem as the godkings of the chink fujos have long since passed and their viewership just doesn't justify the massive expense something like that would cost. Hell, even if they promised it to the EN livers a while back, its not in character for the anycolor suits to suddenly grow a heart and give a shit about what the peons think.

Half the reason why Hololive's talents do so well is because they get ample time to establish their niche, and most importantly network with their genmates, branchmates and even go cross-branch. So by the time the next gen debuts, the last gen would have built a solid core fanbase, established their personality and chemistry with other talents, and made sure the wider fanbase at least knows they exist.

Meanwhile Niji I 've barely had time to remember one wave's names and there's two or three more ones already out. Fuck, I didn't even know TTT was even a thing until this drama blew up.
