Hina is also an entertainer and that was 18 hours of zatsudan. It is not even close to the same thing as sitting in a dark room for 18 hours alone doing the same thing, like an autist might do.
There are near-zero streamers with autism (except for speedrunners) because autists simply lack both the skills and the impulses to engage in the kind of socialization that most streaming entails.
