I have some issues with it.
i think the transition between scene A and scene B is too abrupt, like suisei comes out of the card reading session and is instantly in the cover HQ. I would have personally worked that in a flashback or something.

Id advise and simply change Anon to be suisei's long time manager. I dont understand the infantilization fetish but here i feel like she's too trusting and far too quick to open to this stranger.

As a last bit, i think you made suisei TOO childish. She feels like a literal kid, rather than a eccentric girl that has childlike quirks. my suggestion is that you pull back a bit and try to reach an equilibrium where its fine for her to be this trusting while also not being a complete deadweight. That would greatly help the eventual tender moment

I haven't read BBD, so perhaps my opinion is worthless. However, Suisei is my oshi so I felt the need to read and give some feedback.
Getting the nitpicking out of the way:
- I feel like the new manager Anon should be a little more hesitant to use the familiar "Sui-chan" with her. I know that's what Suisei herself prefers being called, but Anon here is a new hire assigned to one of the most famous talents, and we've already seen how Anon has over prepared for her assignment, so I would expect her to err on the side of politeness. Perhaps it's just a slipup on your end, since she does use "Suisei" consistently until that line near the end.
- Anemachi is what Suisei calls her sister when speaking to others, when she talks to her she uses "onee-chan".
Second, I feel like the end of the chapter needs a hook. The ending is quite flat as-is.

I'd have linked the Mario Party stream they did together in her indie days, but it appears to have been privated. That's the most Anemachi we have ever seen in one stream. I'm sure you've seen clips from it, at least. It shows a side of her that's not often shown, and in general Anemachi is a pretty private person. She deliberately shows up less these days, she's more conscious about how chat treats her like a celebrity.
Some of Suisei's bad habits are due to Anemachi's influence, ie. you probably already know that she's a huge fan of BL and that she dislikes vegetables about as much as Suisei does. Anemachi is in charge of cooking, loves ponzu sauce and likes to stick to scheduled meal planning.

For your story, you probably want to embellish their co-dependency. During the HoloHouse period, it was Anemachi who refused to let Suisei move without her. At the same time, Suisei relies on her, even if Suisei can be a cheeky little sister who won't admit that openly. That cheeky side of Suisei shines through in that Mario Party stream, I feel.
