I'm not talking at all about what is or isn't actually serious. That shit doesn't matter. In the Vtubing scene all that matters is the perspective you get and Sayu, though definitely improving, is still mostly seen as a bad apple and someone to stay away from. Silvervale's definitely got less of that but she is still seen overall in a worse light than her fellow ex-VShojo's Nyanners and Veibae.

This isn't about the objective severity of what they've done, this is about how they're treated by the rest of the big names in vtubing. Vtubing is a networking game, simple as, and though she's doing better it is sad to see Sayu still just can't really network because all the major players will never risk being caught even talking to her, let alone collabing. Only Phase don't mind, unsurprisingly.
