As for improvement, ofc ppl with get better gradually but I don't really recall any holo debuted with the idea of "they're terrible at one thing but they're working hard to improve it" as every wave always made sure to bring talents with some unique talents.

I'm not saying Hololive doesn't profit off idol culture, but I always think hololive did things much better than idol companies that they shouldn't be considered the same category.
