Invaders usually aren't big names from big corpos, so if Rosemi did depart Nijisanji and joined Phase it would be the exception and not the rule.
With regard to other talents; there's a lot of smaller corpos that shed quality talent last year, and it would not surprise me in the least if quite a few of them looked towards Phase as a good company to try again with.
Phase seems to do very well with, for lack of a better word, misfits. Its talents also tend to skew older, which helps hedge against drama. It probably seems very attractive compared to other corpos for indies and ex-corpos looking for a fresh start.
