No he was hired as the lore guy. His primary focus was to build lore for the EN branch. There were comics and other things planned and around the time lore for EN was relatively big so cover wanted to focus on it. The reason he had a twitter account was so that you could ask him questions directly about the lore itself. Council had a huge lore aspect to it. Kiara however was pretty upset because she's a fast food restaurant owner and felt kind of left out, she also didn't like how overpowered council felt and was just turned off from it. When luxiem debuted cover turned to their male branch and Omega did lore for them but that never really caught on and the boys weren't interested in it much. I think they did a comic but it really ended there and the serious lore stuff got canned. The idea he was a manager or head of EN is a /vt/ fantasy.

Third gen's the charm, it seems. Holds true for JP, ID and EN. There may be a rationale for this - management has had enough practice and learned enough by now about how their audience reacts to things and what it wants, that it has started to adapt and dial in its talents to please them better than the earlier gens having more of a random variety trying on various approaches and noting the respones/relative success rates.
