Considering that those screenshots were carefully curated for Nijisanji's benefit and it still made them look incompetent by virtue of taking 36 hours to process a 3 minute MV. I think it's fair to say that there was storyboarding beforehand that supports Selen's case.

Considering most conversations are had on Discord, they would have logs of what was being said to Selen at all times. If it was things being said in a shared server, they would have all seen what was said as well. Selen barely goes to meet them in person. It's completely unreasonable to assume everyone is in the dark and is only trusting their friends blindly. Why would they be afraid to be fired at this point? Getting fired for defending a victim is a great way to successfully go independent as a streamer
