i'll be honest, at the beginning it felt like one of those scam mobile games and i was mostly in it for "what the heck why not, it's a /pyon/ event kind of thing" but a lot of it has grown on me a bit. there's a lot to criticize and it is VERY much aimed towards kids but it's got many charm points.

what hexa said about how the game should try to go for marketing the nostalgia appeal kind of struck me in surprising way. i did get into old school runescape due personal nostalgia but i didn't think that i'd get indresded in a nostalgia game that's not *my* nostalgia as W101 is.

but now that you did i will elaborate on my own thoughts. i'm not worried about any yabs or anything, rather i'm worried about the opportunity cost. yes this decision may give her more opportunities but it also closes others. sure there is no contract but she's a very loyal rabba and she will stick by this to the exclusion of other opportunities and even her personal needs, and this comes with additional stress. i was worried when she committed to playing wizard101 with hexa too and you can see she felt bad canceling the collab today than she would a regular stream, etc.
so no, i don't expect it to be very bad and it might be very good, but there will be some costs associated with it that may not be obvious at first or second glance.
