Maybe in 3-4 months, and only if the drama has died down and out-of-court settlements have been wrapped up. As long as Doki vs Niji is an ongoing legal question mark, I don't think Cover will allow their talents to collab with her.

Sucks for Moom and those two holostars that play Apex with Doki, but not as much as it will suck for Niji when the lawyers show them the receipts in pretrial discovery and ask for $3m CAD plus a public admission of wrongdoing.

I could see her joining somewhere like Vshojo, but only a few years down the line and only if she starts getting overwhelmed by projects that having a bunch of shared staff and connections on retainer for might help with. She's clearly currently on Doki for the long haul with no plans to reincarnate given all her work revamping channel details like mascots and fan names.
