Speaking as someone whose been observing the drama and is familiar with the big rrat about the clique in NijiEN, this is my own thoughts - Elira is indeed the head of the EN clique, but it did not start out that way. All this shit started because Riku didn't invest in his EN branch, and half of the managers quit. With little to no one managing the talent, she decides to step up, working as the "middle manager". She tries to keep a low profile because she's effectively juggling two roles

I'm aware. And I feel that her head got too big. After all, if you're the effective middle manager of the branch, wouldn't you feel like you were due something? Its why she tried to get the most out of the merch deals, and felt that if anyone should have her say on who gets into Niji EN, it should be her. Does this absolve Elira of any blame? Perhaps not. But Doki did ask that people not harass the livers. I think it is very likely that she was an inexperienced person who tasted too much success but was in over her head when the shit finally hit the fan. And if anyone deserves the biggest blame, its fucking Riku and how he focused on quick profits, ACCELERATE and didn't invest in the management of his talents.

I can only hope that, if the rrat is true about Elira, that hopefully she'll try to be a better person. But the onus is entirely on Riku and the poor management of NijiEN.

Even in the universe where Selen is 100% in the wrong leading up to this point, that video is unwarranted, spiteful, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Every other liver who backed the announcement of its release is on thin ice, and I've already unsubbed from every NijiEN channel I watched except Pomu and Selen. Trust needs to be won back, or I just wipe my hands of NijiEN which seems more likely.
