I'm not up to date on the exact timing of things, but in her redebut she described feeling extremely miserable during her suspension. The facts that both Selen and Niji state is that she threatened a lawsuit would be made public to try and negotiate something. Claiming mistranslation is unsubstantiated. Her saying she'd make things public after the black box doesn't mean she never threatened to do so privately, which she has done according to Niji.

No one said Selen faked her suicide. The point being made was that her suicide was enough to paint the narrative of evil company vs girl who was driven to suicide by them. The narrative runs and Niji is demonized. People no longer are objective and are emotional. Even with evidence, Niji loses the court of public opinion even if they're exonerated

Lawyers in low demand are less expensive. Lawyers generally don't want to lose but probably the majority don't care if they're paid. Selen's lawyers saying she has a case doesn't mean she'd win the case.

The document is obviously not just Selen's diary. If she is threatening them with it, it's a potential lawsuit. If it is a potential lawsuit, people involved have the right to know. Doki never mentioned the alleged breaking of confidentialy in her new statement because she assumed wrong and was told by her lawyers

It's also clutching at straws to assume three party decided to respond to allegations made in a lawsuit in a specific time to bully someone into killing themselves a third time instead of it being a coincidence since it was posted at the time most people would be available to see it.
