I'll be quite honest I'm not entirely sure why you're getting so upset. Doki has never denied the claim that she submitted it last minute to be approved.
I'll also be quite frankly not seeing the messages, is also not an excuse for uploading something that you don't have permission to upload yet. If she did not have the okay from management, she should have held off on the upload. She'd been in the company for nearly 3 years, it's not like it was her first time ever requesting permissions to do anything.
