This seems like such a difficult challenge to run a company that's so based off language and expand into a market when you don't speak English. Like English is the closest thing to a global lingua franca. Hololive also seemingly fucked this up early on with EN management. You can either try to find someone who is bilingual, an excellent manager, and extremely trustworthy - which seems like a fucking stretch, or just learn the damn language yourself. If you don't get one of those things, you just don't have the insight into what they're doing. You need to have your leadership and vision represented at that local branch, either yourself or through an extremely trusted intermediary.
If having bilingual talents translate is actually true, fuck. That is just a direct recipe for disaster. Like almost this exact kind of disaster. It's giving the bilingual talents so much power over management's perception of the branch, and over English-only talents. It's always a possibility but given the amount of self-incrimination Niji has just done publicly she would hardly even need further proof. That whole stream was textbook corporate harassment and it was right out in the open. They made openly slandered an ex-employee and did so at a very questionable time, when the person they're slandering is known to be a suicide-risk.
