The way niji is doing things is not really wierd. Look at their timeline of how they are handling things. They are clearly doing some file padding with their talent, so they have weight to throw around if they get uppity (look at all the detailed minor/non infractions they list). Make situation for the talent they want to get rid off unbearable till they leave, but that lead to her trying to kill herself so they panicked. So what is the next step.
