I've lost all respect I once had for Elira.
In a way, I get the mentality that pushed them to do something so retarded as let their talents conduct a smear campaign: stocks are down, they lost a computer case collab, they are losing subs en masse, public opinion of Nijisanji EN has never been lower, but at the very least nearly everyone wants the talents to be safe, and to not be harassed.
So AnyColor decides the best PR move would be to use the talents, the ones the public still has any regard for, to try and damage control.
But they chose a fucking smear campaign to do this.
They chose to reveal that they broke NDA to clue in some talents, possibly all, about what Selen's talked about.
Elira talks about being dumb, but she isn't naive. I cannot imagine what lead her to want to do this. The interpretation with the most good-will towards her I can muster, and I say this without assuming that the info Selen's doc has about her address implicates her as the one of the bullies, is that the retard thought the courts would obviously not disclose such info to the public, but that maybe dramafag channels like False would get a hold of this info for a drama video. We don't know if Selen recorded anyone. As I said, I don't buy a single thing that video said.
It is hard to imagine you'd willingly, thinking about it rationally, going to let your talents shield you from the responsibility your actions caused on another talent. A talent that repeatedly said she wanted to let sleeping dogs lie. A talent that didn't do anything to the company.
This affects them insofar as the decision to terminate Selen, again by management, is negatively affecting their work.
Lastly, to address your point about Selen wanting to graduate due to failure or refusal to follow "instructions" I do not buy this. You don't terminate like 3 livers, and have 5 graduate in such a short amount of time if this was just about Selen refusing to follow instructions.
