Thanks for the compliment. Ive only done 2 karaoke streams so I am not entirely sure what you mean by debuffing myself but I am inexperienced with singing. I occasionally toy with the idea of learning to sing properly but I have very low self esteem in that area and I think my lack of interest in genres of music with vocals in them kind of makes it difficult to jump into it.

I could take vocal lessons pretty easily but I just don't know what I would want to try and sing. Or if its something I would learn to like doing much. Nor do I really know if its worth doing. Theres so many directions I could go in for learning things for the purpose of streaming you know?

For holostars it kind of seems like they have very precise niches that they try to fill slots that they have predetermined each generation. From what I have gathered its good to try and play an anime character archetype well and just hope its one that they are looking for when you are applying.

I don't see why this wouldn't work for other companies as well. At the very least its likely a good idea to be a memorable distinct character type that stands out from crowd somewhat. Its probably a good idea to choose an archetype that isnt too far from your own personality, just exaggerated a bit maybe.
