My oshi is a recovering alcoholic, and that game glorifies alcohol use. She doesn't mind Minecraft either, and you have a better chance of scoring sponsorship deals when Microsoft is a present force in the game you play.
All said the just chatting category will always be the best option for vtubers because it allows them to entertain their audience without being distracted by a game. Too many vtubers waste their hands controlling a game rather than the toggles on their beautiful model.

It's honestly quite disappointing once you get far enough in and there is nothing else.

I m realizing i never beat kingdom come despite liking it. Played it at launch had fun till some bug broke the game thought oh ill pick it up again when its fixed then completly forgot about it.
