I agree and I believe he did come forward and talk to the company about this considering Raz made a post on twitter before talking about him and would complain about him (without naming him) in her streams. He also has had many occasions were he took time off. For all we know he could already have been suspended for this and that's why he isn't in trouble (as far as we know) now.

Also I don't even know if he would get in trouble for the minecraft stuff since when that happened it was Finana's privately owned server and not a niji offical one. Staff didn't make an offical nijiEN server until after the server got nuked. Plus Pomu and other livers used to tease Luca, on stream, about all the dezney stuff built off stream being made in creative mode so they likely knew at least that much.

As someone who watched him pre-niji he had left that toxic vrchat crowd for awhile and had talked about how he put too much faith/trust in the wrong people. He hated being known as a girl primarily and not as himself and he was often told he would be better off as an actual girl. His ex-friends would tell him his only worth acting as a girl. He became very self conscious because of this and would give in to their peer pressure. Even after leaving these friends behind he still would talk about how he doubted if people really appreciated him for him and how he wanted to prove to the people that said he wouldn't amount to anything wrong.

When he joined niji he mentioned he didn't want to be known as Lucy, that's why it is just rp as a sister and not a genderbend of him. He also said the Lucy persona was a skill and didn't want to overuse it. That's why we barely see him rping as Lucy. He did say he would consider having a Lucy model though and considering he admires Kuzuha it makes sense as Kuzuha has Sanya.

Back to the old ex-friends point, he had only kept Raz as a friend from that group and dropped everyone else. He talked about his situation in a vtuber talkshow pre-niji as well.
I'm glad that making new friends made him finally see how controlling she was and how it wasn't a healthy friendship. They both needed to move on from it and she should have known better as a grown adult.
