Completely disagree. Social cohesion and compatibility with established corporate culture are infinitely more important than "talent". Phase learned this from Cover and learned from the mistakes that killed its peers in the mid-major EN segment. Put simply it's really easy for a company staffed almost entirely by women of questionable mental, emotional, and social faculties to tear itself apart at the seams if specific steps are not taken to ensure social compatibility or at the very least a balance of power between factions. Get that balance wrong or disregard it entirely and it's easy to end up in a NijiEN type of situation where people are feeling bullied, isolated, and uncared for.

Also, the funny part is that Dizzy told Sakana to NOT hire Pippa when he was starting out (every other corpo rejected Pippa for a reason, and Dizzy didn't hire Pippa when she could too), but he decided to hire her because as a new corpo, he knew he would need to be bold and different if he wanted to have a shot at it. He did the gamble, and I would say that was a choice he regretted a lot during the first year or so.
