Even if you believe Selen is a mastermind who faked her own suicide, the termination notice alone shows Nijisanji EN is managed so badly that they are putting their talent's lives in danger. They told a few hundred thousand Dragoons that their oshi may have been bullied to the point of suicide, when they had absolutely no reason to reveal any internal harassment at all. No company sane reveals internal harassment unless a court forces them to.

The fact that they terminated her when she was offering to resign, is also a clear sign that the company is managed by malicious idiots. No sane company does that.
