Identify any work that chuubas can offload to other workers

Hire a supervisor for those managers
Publicize these plans and post progress so audience knows you are trying to change

Most importantly, Stop hiring chuubas in droves. It fucks with the culture, and makes scaling too difficult. Pretty much the reason Nijis mgmt is shit. If you can't support your employees don't hire more of them.

Well here’s the thing Selen either broke the rules or she was wrongfully terminated which she could sue for a lot of money based on her supposed yearly earnings. Those are the only 2 possibilities and you’d have to be an idiot to think they wrongfully terminated her. They would still get free ad revenue off a dead channel and they could avoid a lawsuit so she most likely broke the rules and multiple at that. Compared to hololive where Aloe got one strike, Rushia seemed to have gotten multiple, and Mel had 1-2 strikes. The bigger Hololive became the less they could allow certain things said by A-chan herself. Hololive seems to have even more rules than Nijisanji because half of their vods would be private or at least edited by this point. So you probably can’t do anything.

Well I learned something new today. That black companies like to pad the files of their employees. A tactic to let them fire people or intimidate them even if the employee technically did nothing that would warrant a firing. Like giving people strikes after changing the rules or ambiguous rules, or hell giving them a deadline they can't meet intentionally.
If you compare niji rules (from what we know) and hololive rules (from what we know), holo seems to have more straight forward stricter rules that let holos do what they want to do and the managers help. Niji rules seem to change on the fly, and managers will give you an OK just to retract it, that leads to privated vods, give some gen members an OK for the same thing they shut you down for etc. Thats a huge difference in management.

Going by how Hololive runs their show, you wouldn't even need 1 manager for each talent.

The big talents with lots of projects be it music or whatever, they get 1 manager to themselves.
The smaller talents with lesser things on their plate, a few of them could be assigned to 1 manager, for instance 3 members to 1 manager.
This can reduce the amount of managers needed on the backend.
