Now that the dust has settled, she told on herself. People kept saying niji is bad for not letting her do things and while perm autism is bad her being stopped from making projects was a good thing. A company should step in if the worker is working hard but isn't profitable. INB4 she paid out of her pocket. Changes nothing really. If you know that she has no money after this you have to stop her cause she will just "starve" and stop working for you. It was both in her and niji interest. Not to mention that this situation is really fucked up. Wanna bet she approached them again and again for more money on stuff that doesn't bring any returns and then guilt tripped them that she is paying out of her pocket? It was Niji's job to be the cold levelheaded control of her irrational behavior.

There is no scenario in which a publically traded company - beholden to investors/shareholders - should not be shat on, exploited, and derided at every given opportunity.
