He ripped off Lio Fotia and did a way worse job of it. If he wanted to pull off the Lio look he needs a sweeter voice, not one that sounds like he's speaking with a double chin. He knew what he was doing when he picked that avatar.
And for what it's worth ikemen designs are fine as long as you can pull it off. I'd say ikemen or average anime guy designs can get away with having an average american voice better than twinks.
