I agree with two anons, tell them you watch streamers and wear some vtuber merch if someone you watch has good merch.
Other than that, don't tell them unless they seem open to it or already watch vtubers themselves.

Also it depends on whether or not you want something serious with a woman. If you do, then I would suggest telling them at some point because you probably don't want something serious with someone who can't accept what you like.
