They're being told not to talk about it by the same people I suspect are the actual bullies, management. So it does make them somewhat complicit for basically caring more about a worthless NDA than what is morally correct. And to be clear, I do not think any livers were bullying Selen. But the fact they're all just brushing under the rug is just enabling more abuse from within the company. They're all so terrified of being next on the chopping block that they're willing to sacrifice any of their fellow co-workers to keep their job. I don't think it's ironic at all, why would you have a moral obligation to protect the people who did nothing to help you in your time of need? That's exactly my feelings, WACTOR is a perfect example because many of their talents were very transparently terrified of their own management, too afraid to speak up. Through all of the graduations and terminations the fans kept saying BELIEVE IN MISOPA and encouraging eachother to stay and hope for things to get better. It was only when they fired their most popular talent that people finally started waking up and mass leaving the fanbase. Even then many of the talents remained and stayed silent because they were terrified of losing their jobs. It shows how easily workers can be isolated even when the walls are closing in around them in a sinking black company.
