That wasn't 6 months after debut. That was instantly, people just made up excuses at the time, but just letting time tick on always proves the point.

Like I said back then, Nerissa is the only genuinely talented person in Advent. She will draw fans because of her genuine singing talents, even though she's just a normie girl. FWMC didn't have an established fanbase as much as you're making it out to be. EOP watch them because they have a warped sense of how JP is and think they're just like them. Others watch them because they're coomer baiters and have been since early on, but it's only now that fewer people are pretending they're not. Anyone that thought they were genuine and kind has probably lost interest but forgot to unsub. That's why their sub total is high but it doesn't always reflect much on their viewer total. Biboo is a loli and has an automatic audience. Now, when it comes Shiori she had several conflicting groups to appeal to. At first she wanted to be someone that appeals to other vtubers, and she wanted to have educational streams, book streams, make a game, and make lots of videos. That's all fine, but you also saw her calculating change in demeanor already during debut when she was considering playing into what people wanted from her as their "goth" "GFE", and she started to lean into that and force it. She also started to lean into what people call her tangents now. These forced changes in attitude came off as so weird and forced that it repelled other potential fanbases. She didn't play it cool, she thought she could manipulate viewers that wanted GFE and also be respected for other content. After a couple of months of sending mixed signals now she has just focuses on whoever remained which are almost entirely the lowest effort coomers.

From the voice to the constant Bau Bau's to always staying in character, at some point it actually reveals how fake it all is.
