I've held enough jobs with dying companies to know how to deal with apathy at work. Just do what's expected, in this case play video games, drop all ambitious projects, while everything around me burns. And look for a new job.

I would give everything a week to simmer down. I would cancel streams for this week to not get blown out by chat. I would then start to research and gather as much evidence as possible on these terrible managers and their managers along with the bad livers. Once I have enough I would pull every string I would have and meet with the most high up niji overlord I could. I would get a translator for our conversation. I would ask if he wants to salvage NIji EN and if he does I want total control and a stake in the en side of the company. If not, I bail, scorched earth. If I get total control I make a public statement announcing the issues inside the company and that we will be transparent and fix the issues to save NIJI and I need your help. Then I will ceremoniously fire every bad actor or lazy cunt in the company. Manager or Liver Alike. Once that is done I would start a mass hiring campaign for new managers with the express purpose to fix and save the good livers. This will be the hardest part, as no one will want to come on to niji after this shitshow, but hopefuly we can get some that want to save niji. or get revenge on the managers that destroyed it. If i can accomplish this, we will get a few new waves of livers and they will have better contracts and they will have the support they need, but we also will be hard on the tard wrangling. Will keep male/female gens separate and all future male/female Collabs will need to be green lit by a manager. Current livers will be given a significant bonus for staying on and not bailing. And when contracts are renewed, current livers that have senority and stayed loyal despite everything will be given a generous offer to keep them. No more of this 2% BS. I would become an Achan like vtuber, the face of management.

But I doubt they would let some lower employee like a liver have that much control, so I would probably bail and ride the niji hate hype.

Anyone in NijiEN streaming right now is basically asking for their chat to be flooded with questions about who bullied her. Even if you are new to the company, never interacted with Selen, and are just generally clueless about the whole thing... it's smart to keep your head down while bullets are flying. You aren't going to have a good stream with chat in that state anyway. Plus, anything and everything you say will be held under a microscope with people looking for possible hidden meanings, whether they really exist or not. People want answers, even if they have to delude themselves into believing evidence exists where it does not.
