I stayed on longer than I should have.
I never had any love for the company itself, mind you, but there were a few NijiEN vtubers I watched. One was Nina, so when she graduated I was pretty bummed. The other two were Pomu and Selen, so if the entire branch collapses I wouldn't care.

As long as my liver is in Nijisanji I will defend that blessed company until the day that I die

From a passing glance at their subreddit, it's because they have a specific oshi that's trapped inside. They know the company is shit. These people are also too weak willed or too agreeable that they take the most cautious approach during every yab. Always "waiting for more facts" to "avoid pointing fingers unnecessarily". The hardline bootlickers are the veterans of online flame wars. They liked niji once and got attacked on Twitter, the YouTube comments section, or wherever and, for some bizarre reason, took that personally. They now take any slight against the company as a personal attack.

Point me to another big co-ed vtuber group that has similar content to Nijicancelled. You can’t because they don’t exist, at least in the en sphere.
