Advent is the first generation of Holos who got into Holo solely because they wanted to be in Holo. Biboo is one of the first Holo EN girls who saw Hololive and instantly went "This is what I want to do for my life" and started grinding for it instantly like she does any challenge.

Sure there have been hires who wanted to be Vtubers to be Vtubers, but Biboo went into Vtubing because she wanted to be part of Hololive from the beginning.

For her Vtubing is not a means to the end they are the ends to begin with. And it's clear that all her past experiences are things she treasures, she treasures her pebbles, just like she treasured whatever her last community was called, much like her lore, her radiance reflects on knowing that the pebbles are there to observe her. *fwmc's main goal is to be idols and they realize holo is the best way to reach that goal
*biboo's main goal is hololive itself, especially joining the ecosystem and community, like it seems like her primary goal is to have fun, play games and make friends, and becoming an idol is a nice bonus secondary goal to that that biboo is looking forward to

Well, if you put it that way I'm inclined to agree with you. Sadly I can't catch up that much with Fuwamoco so I may be biased by the few streams I watch + collabs, what I had in mind was something along the lines of both wanting to be "Hololive Idols", which is the whole package of the vtuber, and idol.

True though the longer Biboo has been in the more and more she's starting to see the Idol part of Hololive and I'm starting to think it's starting to attract her interest, the fact that she's growing in confidence in her singing and some of her reactions suggests that some of the ideas of the Idol half of Hololive are growing on her, something which I think Fuwamoco are encouraging in her on purpose because they understand she has the drive for it.
