They say that materials for the music video were only shown to them on December 24th. This just seems impossible to me-- creating a video like that takes months, especially when you factor in getting the perms that Selen *was* able to get.
Either they're lying about when they first saw the video, Niji management had been out of contact with Selen for months even prior to the takedown, or they're using some extremely specific legal semantics where materials is standing in for "final cut" to take this line.
