Copros aren't supposed to just be there to get the ball rolling. Corpos handle a lot of the backwork (in theory) for talents. They help advise, organise, and are supposed to do the scrambling to line the ducks in a row for the talent to knock out of the park. They look bad most of the time, when the Admin stamp out shit that looks like it'll go sideways. It seems in Selen's situation the Corpos is not doing any legwork and only stamping things out.
